Domain migration from one domain to another

Hello

we're going to need to migrate a bunch of PCs form one AD domain to another. 

When a user signs into their PC they create a domain specific profile on the PC where their "User Profile" (Documents, Pictures, Favorites, Desktop, etc.) are stored. If we're successful at migrating the PC from one domain to the other then we need to address this user profile. In addition to that if the PC has more than one user profile how would we migrate more than one.

First to capture personality and then migrate domain into another and restore profile once it is migrate does this right way??
