Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

Im building a machine in GSS 3.0 for a Windows 2008 Server R2 Enterprise. The image has gone back down ok using Sysprep but I have a modify job that puts the machine onto the domain and into an OU. Normally this takes a few minutes to do but this job has got stuck for 20 minutes now. I can see the machine in the listed OU but is there a way to find out why the machine has got stuck doing the configuration job so this doesnt happen again.
