DS 6.9 default.cfg

Hello all,

Does anyone know when DS 6.9's eXpress.exe stopped using the default.cfg to display the product version, as SP6 seems to use a registry entry instead? 

I ask this, as the default.cfg file at a customer contains 6.9 sp5 data; whereas, the axengine.exe, express.exe, and registry all display SP6 data, and the console displays SP6 when opened.
