Computer GUID getting flush while running Prepare for Capture image Task

We have installed Deployment Solution 7.6 HF1.

We trying to Capture Windows 7. I have the sequence like Prepare for image capture ----- Create Image --- Reboot to Production.

But in a Prepare for Image Capture it run long time and I have Computer GUID getting Flush.
